When the laser is working, it will generate a lot of heat energy, which will cause the working medium of the laser to heat up, thus affecting the wavelength, output power and mode stability of the laser. Usually the laser needs to work at a constant temperature. Air conditioning is installed in the workshop, so refrigeration or constant temperature elements are needed to ensure that the active medium of the laser is always at a constant temperature. There are two situations when the temperature of the fiber laser is too high.
First, the fiber laser is not equipped with cold water and needs to be equipped with a suitable chiller for cooling.
Second, the cooling capacity of the configured chiller is not enough to achieve effective cooling. It is recommended to replace the chiller that meets the cooling requirements of the laser.
