Remarks:
1. The focal spot diameter d can be roughly calculated by the following formula: d=2fλ/D
2. Where: f is the focal length of the focusing lens; λ is the wavelength of the incident light beam; D is the diameter of the incident light beam.
3. The focal spot diameter d is proportional to the focal length f of the focusing lens and the laser wavelength λ
4. The focal spot diameter d is inversely proportional to the diameter D of the incident light beam.
