The micro optical adjustment frame provided by DeChuang Laser can install optical elements of Ø12.7 mm, and the optical axis height is 15.9 mm. The bottom of the adjustment frame is equipped with a countersunk hole for M2 screws for connection and installation. The rubber head screw and pressure ring double clamping fix the optical element, which has good stability against vibration and can fix optical elements with a minimum thickness of 1.5 mm. The rubber head screw is M2 specification and can be adjusted with a 0.9 mm hexagonal wrench. The pressure ring is fixed by two M1.6 cylindrical head screws and adjusted with a 1.5 mm hexagonal wrench. The adjustment frame has two M3×0.25 precision adjusters, which provide pitch and yaw angle adjustment range of ±4°, 0.1.12° per turn. The adjusters do not have knobs and can be adjusted with a 1.5 mm hexagonal wrench or an HWS-1.5 hexagonal wrench with a knob.
