The new generation IND-PS-1064 infrared picosecond laser adopts an all-in-one design, compact size, and a newly upgraded control system, which makes the operation more stable and has multiple control functions. The typical output wavelength of IND-PS-1064 is 1064nm, which can achieve a maximum power output of 200W, a maximum single pulse energy of >300uJ, a pulse train energy of >2mJ, and a controllable pulse width. It has excellent performance in the fields of hard and brittle material cutting, drilling, glass, sapphire cutting, semiconductor wafers, etc.

The whole machine combines the optical fiber seed source and solid hybrid amplification technology, adopts the advanced optical fiber solid hybrid manufacturing process, and has undergone high temperature aging, high and low temperature shock, vibration experiment and other reliability tests to ensure the power stability and long-term reliability of the product;
